Movement class for all levels designed to enhance body awareness and movement literacy. We will work on balance and coordination, add targeted strengthening for commonly underused areas, and include relaxation techniques to calm both the body and the nervous system. Each class will be different, but we will build on skills from previous ones.

Please come prepared to move, wearing comfortable clothing and indoor shoes if needed. You are encouraged to work barefoot when possible. Please bring a mat and a blanket for your comfort, and a water bottle.

Note that the class is held upstairs; you must be able to navigate a full flight of stairs independently.
